Background
In the current digital ticketing landscape, users face a fragmented experience, needing multiple apps for tickets, parking, and refreshments, or having to be physically present to order. Additionally, users often struggle to choose between virtual or in-person event tickets based on availability and preference. This disjointed process makes event attendance less enjoyable and more cumbersome. "Tickets To-Go" addresses this gap by providing a seamless, integrated solution, improving the overall user experience and convenience.

Research & Planning
Conducted research to understand user pain points, analyzed existing ticketing apps, and gathered data on the need for a more cohesive solution.
